I offer therapy for individuals and partners struggling with a range of issues including sexual and/or relational challenges, anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. I employ a range of modalities including mindfulness, expressive arts therapy, and somatic therapy. I have additional training in sex therapy and am working towards certification as a sex therapist.
