I provide strength-based, sex-positive individual therapy to adults (18+). As a counseling psychologist, I use a strength-based approach to work with mood, anxiety, and identity issues, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those exploring/engaging in consensual non-monogamy. I also provide assessment/letter-writing services in support of gender affirming hormones and surgeries and am kink/BDSM aware. I provide my services in English, with limited, flexible afternoon/evening hours during the week near downtown Dayton.
